ZingChart has the ability to render charts to utc: true. This will set all times to UTC rather than to the end users machine time. ZingChart also has the ability to set an offset to utc time. Daylight savings time is different depending on a end users location. The United States may change to daylight savings time one day, then the UK may change to daylight savings time on a later date. ZingChart does not have a way to handle this.
This can be done using our UTC and timezone attributes. However, you will need to handle the logic to set the timezone dependent on the location of the end user. Thus, you will need to handle daylight savings on your own as well.
